    Hi, Mark, this is a message from Christy Dennis.

    I would like to know what kind of exercises are good for strengthening the ligaments around the knee, besides bike riding, which I have found online.

    Also, I have found some good information online about foods that are flammatory and inflammatory…to combat the arthritis I’ve got issues with…what is your take on this?
